Duterte ignores probe on extra-judicial killings

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte will not cooperate with an International Criminal Court investigation into allegations of extra-judicial killings during his country's war on drugs. Families of some of the dead are cheering the ICC probe, which a prosecutor says could uncover crimes against humanity. Matthew Larotonda reports.
