Supposedly, the Endless Frontiers Act is designed to counter the threat of Communist China's rise to power, and dominance in Technology.

If America was worried about China's rise to power, then American should stop giving China American Technology...

But anyways, with Joe Biden installment into the White House, and $6+ Trillion dollar budget, Tech, Bio Tech, Universities were sure to get their share of the pie threw the Endless Frontier Act.

This will continue funding of the CDC, and NIH to fund bio-science and Weapons Research;

Gene Therapy and Stem Cell research has always been a controversial subject. George W Bush banned Federal funding of Stem Cell Research which forced researchers and medical physicians to continue their efforts abroad.
