Permitless Carry In Texas Finally Signed

Greg Abbott finally signed permit less carry. What does that mean to you? Well you don't need a license to carry a gun openly. But it means you cant carry if you are mental or a felon. In short if you can't legally buy it, you can't own it, if you can't own it you cant legally carry it openly or concealed. All it means is you don't need to apply for a license to carry, just carry what you legally own. Remember if you sell a gun to a person who can't legally get one on their own, can it be traced back to you? If so you may get in trouble, so obey the law and let's live long and healthy lives.
