Last Thursday we had a chat about supporting your location food spot. Well ...West-Indian/ Caribbean food is as on the menu and roti was the selection. General J indulged and quite easily slipped into selfish mode..lol. He shared the experience...but didn’t share the product. That took us to the topic of “the challenges of going to and ordering from Caribbean restaurants” Note to self ...smile for extra oxtail gravy....LoL. We also had that awkward conversation about family potlucks ( there always someone who shouldn’t cook and stick to cups and plates duty). Papa D dropped some knowledge on happiness, we had to share the jewels and gems.
