Ohio House Bill 248, Linda Blaha, RN Proponent Testimony. With such an overwhelming response for proponent testimony on Ohio House Bill 248, The Vaccine Choice and Anti-Discrimination Act, the Health Committee decided to limit the number of testimony to be given in-person. As such, Ohioans decided they'd still like their public testimony to be heard "in-person" by the committee, so they recorded their testimonies and they're being sent into the committee via video.
