Well, first of all the big tech monopoly companies have squashed reporting by doctors of possible alternatives to the vaccines (early treatment, prior to hospitalization, etc.) Second, with respect to safety, as you know, the Covid-19 vaccines are still in phase 3 trials, meaning they are still under research as to their safety. Yet, here in this video a study is reported on that demonstrated conclusively that not only did the CDC not have an effective system for adequately determining vaccine safety - BUT that they actually cut off Harvard's researchers who had claimed to solve the CDC's follow-up safely evaluation problem.
