City of Placerville CA—not playing fair!

Both Gov and County have approved Placerville restaurants, hit hard by the plandemic, to continue with outdoor dining until the end of the year to recoup lost revenue. HOWEVER, the city council not only held a meeting in secret, not inviting the owners, to abolish these permitted structures, but they are now using "safety" as a reason. I am having a hard time believing that. This feels more like power-tripping by a select few on the council.
