Did Covid shutdowns benefit the elite & how do we get people back to work?

Mike reads a great Wall Street Journal article called “Why Shutdowns and Masks Suit the Elite” by Barton Swaim. Did the Covid shutdowns benefit the elite in America while many Americans suffered? Also, how are we going to navigate the issue of getting people back to working in-person?
