Black Lives Matter UNLESS you need to get on camera twerking

Footage from disgusting Oakland, California where dozens blocked an ambulance for their own photo ops and to twerk against the vehicle. Why was the ambulance there? A man was shot and was bleeding out and was in desperate need of medical attention. It doesn't seem like the crowd cared.
