3AM Walk Worried About My Mom

I found out on my birthday May 11th that my mother had received the #CovidDeathJab even though I begged her not to. A week later she was in the hospital, suffering from severe dementia and pneumonia.
I knew it wasn't a coincidence. One had to do with the other. She was on a ventilator but improved and was released a couple of weeks ago.
Last Tuesday she came to visit me and my girlfriend. And that night she texted us she had made it home okay.
My girlfriend had tried to text her the next day and was feeling odd that she hadn't responded. Thursday: same thing. By Friday, she was getting worried and so was I. She always texts her back. I called over and over to no answer.
We don't drive so we couldn't just go see her, she lives a couple towns away.
Monday, still no answer, so we memorized bus routes and are going today(tuesday) wish me luck. We've not been to her new apartment yet.
