Cat making weird sounds, what does it mean?

Do you understand cat language? If you do, please help us decipher what our cat is trying to say. Is she happy? Satisfied? Or perhaps something is troubling her? We oftentimes hear her making these weird sounds and always while eating something unusual and yummy. We want to think our kitty is satisfied, but at the same time it worries us a bit. Any ideas?
