Wake up and do what is right for your health
Do you want to reach your full potential? Then you must count your blessings. The only way for you to count your blessings is by counting them. You must from taking to doing if you want lasting results. Nothing will empower you and energized you more than counting your blessings. Here is how you make this a daily habit.
All you need is a book, a pen or pencil and time. When you get up in the morning before you anything else, you start by writing down five things that you are thankful for.
If you think that you don’t have anything to be grateful for, start with the fact that you slept on a bed and under a roof. Do you have arms, legs, see, speak, hear, and can reason? Then there is something for you to be thankful for.
Even when things are not going the way you want, you can chose to be thankful. After all, it is written:
”In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18
Everything means the good, the bad, and the ugly. Make each day count by writing down five things that you are thankful for that day. This is the most effective way to count your blessings. Now that you know how to count your blessings, you should go and do likewise.
