Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing the Youngevity business. Asserting that people should contact their local Cub Scout and Brownie troops and get them involved in the Youngevity business. Get them started in the business at a young age. Stating they can start a college and car fund. Contending that it is important to get the word out about the nutritional message.
Pearls of Wisdom

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a study of the health benefits of eating walnuts. Researchers gave participants a lower neuropsychological tests at the start of the study. Gave some walnuts and others no walnuts followed them for two years. Participants that scored at the lower end benefited from the walnuts the most of all. Doc asserts that the walnuts are beneficial because of the omega 3 essential fatty acids.
