Stabilized Carbon Fiber Comparison (Pro Finish vs Web-Lock vs Spray Adhesive)

What's the best way to prevent carbon fiber fabric from unraveling and becoming deformed? Add a stabilizer to hold the weave in place during cutting and lamination.
