QUICK AND EASY WHITE CHOCOLATE AND RASPBERRY CAKE RECIPE

Quick and easy white chocolate and raspberry moelleux recipe video

Ingredients :
125g butter
250 g of flour
4 eggs
125 g white chocolate
150 g raspberries
50 g sugar
1 pinch of salt

Preparation:
1 / Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
2/ Soften the President's Gourmet Butter, which should not become liquid but soft.
Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie.
3/ Preheat the oven to 150°C, thermostat 4-5. Butter a cake tin.
4/ Put the yolks and sugar in a bowl and whisk until the mixture becomes frothy and white.
5/ Add the flour, stir and add the white chocolate and butter, then stir again.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding a pinch of salt. Gently fold in.
Pour into the pan and fold the raspberries into the cake.
Bake for 50 minutes, covering the cake halfway through if it gets too brown.
6/ Remove from the oven onto a rack and let cool.

Ingrédients :
125g de beurre
250 g de farine
4 oeufs
125 g de chocolat blanc
150 g de framboise
50 g de sucre
1 pincée e sel

Préparation:
1 / Séparez les jaunes d’œufs des blancs.
2/ Faites ramollir le Beurre gastronomique Président qui ne doit pas devenir liquide mais mou.
Faire fondre au bain-marie le chocolat blanc.
3/ Préchauffez le four à 150°C, thermostat 4-5. Beurrez un moule à manqué.
4/ Dans un cul de poule mettez les jaunes et le sucre et fouettez jusqu’à ce que le mélange devienne mousseux et blanchisse.
5/ Ajoutez la farine, remuez et ajoutez le chocolat blanc et le beurre, puis remuez encore.
Montez les blancs en neige ferme en leur incorporant une pincée de sel. Ajoutez-les délicatement.
Versez dans le moule et enfoncez les framboises dans l'ensemble du gâteau Mettez au four.
Laissez cuire 50 minutes en couvrant le gâteau à mi-cuisson s’il brunit trop.
6/ Démoulez à la sortie du four sur une grille et laissez refroidir.
