BRUSCHETTA ... OR, AS AMERICANS WRONGLY PRONOUNCE IT, BRUSCETTA!

Bruschetta is one of the most popular dishes in Italy, dating back as far as Ancient Rome. It is prepared differently in every region of Italy, but the traditional way is to toast a slice of bread (Italian Bread, obviously), then rub it with garlic and add chopped tomatoes, olive oil, salt and basilico on top.
