AZ audit..Why is Josh Barnett using an attorney?

Josh Barnett AZ, today, while talking about the AZ audit says he and David Jose decided to have an attorney work on some paperwork to help secure the items needed to move forward in the AZ audit. Yet, not much later, he is back to attorneys are bad, they can’t be trusted, they have a conflict of interest. So what’s going on here?
