Track and field(March drill)
(一)步行抬腿A (March- A):初學者在整個過程中,支撐腳是落腳跟,擺動腳的腳跟沿著支撐腳的膝蓋,提膝高度超過水平以上,盡量貼近胸口,手臂成90°自然擺動,上半身保持放鬆挺直,擺動腳的腳掌隨著落下動作落回支撐腳腳側一個腳掌長度前的距離,切忌大步往前跨。支撐腳膝蓋伸直,整個提腿運行當中,擺動腿的大、小腿是夾緊的,眼睛看不見擺動腳的腳尖,如此動作才算是正確。熟練後支撐腳改換踮腳尖,擺動腳落地時以腳尖著地,維持高的重心位置,同時兩腳交替動作。
(二)步行抬腿B (March- B):初學者依舊先採用支撐腳落腳根的方式,先單一腳高提膝,然後往前伸腿後再往下踩,落於支撐腳腳側一腳掌長距離的地方。初學者非常容易錯將往前伸的動作,做成往上踢,整個動作連續做起來類似踩腳踏車一樣。
(三)彈跳提腿 A (Skip- A):動作與((March- A)一樣,唯一不同的是擺動腳在提膝向上時支撐腳要做一小彈躍步。初學者從單一的腳做起,熟練後再換兩腿交互操作。
(四) 彈跳提腿 B (Skip-B):以前腳掌著地,單一腳提膝,伸膝一腳落下時支撐腳做一小彈躍步,做完單邊再換另一邊。初學者與(March- A)動作一樣,支撐腳落地時做一小躍步,其他動作與(Skip- A)相同。
(五) 提腿跑 A (Sprint- A):與前面(March- A)動作一樣,維持身體直立微前傾,千萬不能使身體後仰。唯一不同的,動作是在慢慢向前跑步狀態,做高抬腿動作操作。
(六) 提腿跑 B (Sprint-B):與前A動作相同,只有提腿後加上腿伸展動作。此一動作非常容易導致上半身的後傾,操作時要特別注意。
(七)跨步跳A (Bounding- A):往前做跨步跳,推蹬腿在滯空時要蹬直膝蓋及腳尖,跨步腿屈膝高堤上身維持放鬆不扭動。
(八) 跨步跳B (Bounding-B):與A型同樣動作,唯跨步腿的腳提起後在兩腿滯空時前跨步腿還要做伸展動作。
