Staying in the Moment

We shouldn’t excessively worry about the past and future, we compartmentalize the past – after reviewing and determining the lessons we should have learned. We should concentrate on improving ourselves in the present, by doing our job, helping our family, learning about Spiritism and the spirit world, or helping others.
