We are not so different!

While posting video links on gab, I noticed some responses to earlier posts. Upon closer inspection they were from some white supremacists (though I think the accounts were fake).

Because of that interaction I have decided to talk a little about the issue, and how the political class lies to keep the people divided.

For those who do not know, I spent two years in Southern California, a large portion of that time was spent in Compton. Coming from rural Virginia, I was surprised to discover that the people living in Compton were very much like the people living in rural Virginia. They held very conservative social and family views. They even went to church every Sunday. I believe that anyone who took the time to actually talk to people would discover, just as I did, that they are not different. I discovered the same thing by going to China. When you strip away the surface differences, you will find that most people hold the same core values.
