Bio
Dr. Atousa Mahdavi, graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic University in 1994 and has been practicing chiropractic medicine for the last 26 years. She is certified In Functional Medicine and an Ayurvedic Health practitioner. Her own personal healing journey along with that of her patients and clients is a fascinating tale of discovery, learning and triumphant healing and recovery. Her spiritual journey led her to India where she lived for some time and returned to the US as a Hatha Yoga master teacher and also an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist.

She has a deep longing to end human suffering from chronic ailments and is passionate about educating the public about a wellness model of medicine versus the current sick-care model of medicine. With a holistic approach and a profound understanding and knowledge of the human system and the mechanics of wellness and health, she has helped many of her patients and clients gain optimal health and wellbeing. She believes that long-term care involves treating the whole person physically, mentally and spiritually.
Her latest work involved co-authoring a book called “The Experts Cure” which became a Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Amazon best seller in April 2021. Her upcoming book “Wholly You” will be published on Amazon in July 2021.
