BeUnited Missing Persons- James Alexander Devlin

James Alexander Devlin is missing in the United States, possibly in West Virginia. His mother last had contact with him about 2 years ago, she lives in Scotland. We said we could do what we could to help her, although our information is so limited. A police report was filed in Scotland for James, but there is no where to start here in the states until we find where he was... He recorded a You Tube Video in June 2019 but where he did this is unknown. Appeared to possibly be a library.
