Detlev Zimmermann: Straight from the U-Bootfahrer

Detlev Zimmermann is a Member of Sharkhunters and he was a diving plane operator aboard U-315 that operated in the Artic Sea. He tells of many patrols, but one of the most interesting was when they were supposed to enter the Kola Fjord on the north coast of Russia to sink the battleship ARKANGELSK for a morale booster, but they were caught in the anti-submarine net instead and almost destroyed.
