Twitter will no longer be 'immune from responsibility' for user-generated content, Delhi court rules

A court in New Delhi has ruled that Twitter will no longer be 'immune from responsibility' for content generated by users in India, less than two weeks after the highest Court in Texas said Facebook can be held accountable over its platform being used for sex trafficking.
