Dash Cam Driving #4 - Bismarck, ND

#4 - Please watch the whole video, if you can bear it, to see if you can catch any driving violations by vehicles in the cam footage and mention them in the footage below. Bismarck, ND is nearly in the center of North Dakota and is the capital, housing roughly 70-100K in the metro area. Sometimes driving is smooth and quiet, and other times... you wonder what the frick is wrong with these people.

I'm not a pro, but I hope that these videos appeal to those of us who love to sit back and watch driving in unfamiliar parts of the country like I do.
