Ā½ cup Mushrooms, slicedā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā
50 grams of Broccoli floretsā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā
30 grams Cheddar Cheese, in cubesā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā
2 Tbsp Heavy Creamā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā
Salt and pepper, to tasteā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā
3 Eggs, whiskedā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā
ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā
Procedure:ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā
1. Melt the butter on a non-stick pan.ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā
2. Add the bacon and cook it until brown in color.ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā
3. Add the mushrooms.ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā
4. Add the broccoli.ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā
5. Add the cheese.ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā
6. Pour the heavy cream over the pan.ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā
7. Season with salt and pepper.ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā
8. Finally, add the eggs and swirl the pan so it will cover the bottom of the pan entirely. ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā
9. Cover the pan for a few minutes until the top of the frittata is cooked. Serve in slices.ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā
