Ebay Item Specifics Tutorial .. changes, they are on the way!

Quiet how to on item specifics. New requirements are rolling out 7/12/21. I did a store refresh and it shook out some "suggested" specifics so it looks like ebay is doing code updates again. I show you how to find and update specifics before the 12th. Looks like skirts now need rise.
