Constitution for the Union of Philadelphia Part I

After studying the Constitution of these United States more than a decade ago, I developed the Constitution for the Union of Philadelphia for use in a couple of novels, neither of which you will find online because one isn't finished, and the other never got published by me.

As we transition from the Tower of Power paradigm to the Blanket of Faith paradigm, we need to consider carefully what our governing structure should be--will be.

I do not expect this Constitution to be adopted. I only make it available as a starting point for discussion of what a useful governance structure should look like.
