Intermarket Analysis is a discipline made popular by John Murphy. One of the things that we try to measure using Intermarket Analysis is what is the feeling in the markets right now?
Intermarket analysis is a branch of Technical Analysis that examines the correlations between four major asset classes:
- stocks;
- bonds;
- commodities;
- currencies.
Technical Analysis can use these relationships to identify the stage of the business cycle and improve forecasting abilities.
