S90V VS S110v Edge retention test.

This is my favorite test so far.

There are a lot of steel "facts" that are taken at face value.
In this test we compare a few points..

1) how much of an increase in edge retention do you get from s110v over s90v?

2) will a 10v class steel even take a hair shaving edge?

3) will a 10v class steel loose its hair shaving edge after a few cuts ... and just hold a "working edge"?

4) how do these "better" steels stack up against say s30v?
