Biden Says Blacks Hispanics Do Not Know How to Get ONLINE

Joe Biden believes there are black & hispanic people who do not know how to get online & Kamala Harris believes rural people do not have access to copiers. (Is a photo copy of your ID even allowed?) Insulting priviledged Democrats belittling their own consituents, regarding why Voter ID should not be mandated. Please comment, if you are one of these people in the USA, who doesn't know how to get online (but yet you would be reading this), or you don't know where to get use of a copier. (Every post office in America).
