Pastors Mark and Martha are Cuban-Americans who are associate pastors at the River at Tampa Bay Church under Drs. Rodney and Adonica Howard-Browne. Ps. Mark is the Dean of River University and Ps. Martha is the Principal of Academic Affairs. They are both instructors at the River Bible Institute in both English and Spanish. Their heart is to reach the Hispanic Community with the Gospel and work alongside Drs. Rodney and Adonica to see a Great Awakening in America. They have been married for 21 years and reside in Tampa, FL with their three children and pray for their fourth child that serves in the U.S. Navy
