AZ Audit Senate Hearing: 74,000 Ballots were returned and counted with NO Record of being sent

In the Senate Hearing today run by Senator Karen Fann, Doug Logan testified that 74,000 mail in ballots were returned and counted that had no record of ever being sent out. He also testified that some voters were added to the rolls after the election and some taken off.
