We Met "You've Got Mail" man!

Elwood Edwards is the "You've Got Mail" man! We were fortunate enough to meet him after New Bern, NC locals introduced us to him.

For taking a montego of his time(captured here) we bought him another glad of red wine.

He told me quite a bit about his journeys. His parents were from the area, and while he finished high school in NC, he was lured away to Washington, DC for a much more lucrative pay in news journalism which also led to divorce.

He currently works for local media owned by Sinclair. He directs, edits and adapts to the nightly news to continue earning an income.

What a sweet soul.
