Blueberry Lime Granita

3/4 lb. Blueberries
1/4 C. Lime Juice
1-2 tsps. Lime Zest
1/8 C. White Sugar

Wash the limes and blueberries in lukewarm water. Zest and juice the limes. Combine the blueberries, lime juice, lime zest, and sugar in a blender. Puree until smooth. Pour mixture into a baking sheet or dish. Freeze overnight. Remove from freezer and scrape with fork until fluffy. Serve immediately or keep in freezer until ready to enjoy!
