1.5 cups of semolina coarse 1.5 cups semolina fine , .5 cup of corn starch 2 Tblsp sugar sirio .5 cup canola oil or butter makes it more crispy , pinch of salt 1cups of ap flour 2.5 cups of water . The sugar syrup 2 cups sugar 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice place in saucepan for 7 min this is for the mshabak after it is fried take and pour the syrup on all of the mshabak
