Raffensperger double talks in tweets as he certified the election

Election fraud in Fulton is being proven and Brad Raffensperger finally jumps on the boat saying that Fulton County Elections needs new leadership. But the public remembers he said "no fraud." Raffensperger may be right the Fulton County has failed its voters, but so has he. Georgia wants more confidence in its elections. Raffensperger is losing more confidence as the double talk is obvious.
