Clogged Regulator Vent on Gas Valve

Henny Penny EEG fryer. Pilot proves, main valve opens, pilot flame shrinks and no main flame. Oil ingress in gas valve regulator cap. Solution, remove cap, clean ensuring the air path is cleared. I verify the air path is clear by setting the cap on a surface with the bowl side up, then filling with water or degreaser, if clear it will drain through. Reinstall the cap.
