Judicial Immunity? Uh, NO.

Judges love to hide behind judicial immunity. Lawyers are afraid to take it away from them. The Americans with Disabilities Act removes immunity concerning ADA matters, and this changes the playing field to more level. Judges hate it, but that's just too bad. I have a hostile work environment.
