BLM Burros at Stroud Kill pen.... again

The 10 in this video make 22 BLM Burros picked up in just two separate occassions - the first being the beginning of May. This is due to the Adoption Incentive Program the BLM came out with as a way to boost adoption;however, the "adopters" are instead collecting their money and dropping the animals off at a kill pen!
