Trash piles up in Taiwan following COVID curbs

Cases of COVID-19 are falling in Taiwan, but the rubbish is piling up. Officials and environmentalists warn that packaging and plastics are filling up recycling centers as people turn to take-out and online shopping to help them sit out the pandemic at home. Eve Johnson reports.
