Kevin J. Johnston is a Calgary Mayoral Candidate who was unlawfully incarcerated for over 6.5 weeks. He was denied bail 3 times, multiple peace bonds and was unable to run his political campaign.

The charge that kept him in jail was "Causing a Disturbance" which at most levies a 500$ fine MAX!
