Utah Flag with Rep. Dunnigan

House Bill 250, sponsored by Rep. Stephen Handy (R-District 16) and Rep. Dan McCay (R-District 11), would designate Utah's current flag as the "state historical flag" and create an 11-member commission to find a new one. Efforts last year to change Utah's flag to this design failed. Proposed flag from a bill from 2019 legislative session.
