Lesson 2 - Drawing From The Holster (Draw Stroke)

We cover a proper draw from the holster step by step as you become comfortable with the individual movements; we discuss what movements should be combined to make an economy of movement.

Combined with the points from Lesson 1, it will allow you to get your gun into the fight as quickly and efficiently as possible to defend yourself.

As always these lessons are to be done with NO LIVE ammunition in your firearm and at minimum observe the 4 Universal Rules of gun safety--

1. Always point a firearm in a safe direction.
2. Keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot.
3. Treat every gun as if it were loaded. Keep it unloaded until you’re ready to use it.
4. Know your target and what’s around it, including beyond it.
