E1 Straight or Crooked?

In Episode 1 of this podcast, you will hear from Matthew, a man who endured decades of emotional pain and psychological abuse as a result of a teen drug treatment program called Straight, Incorporated.

Through Matthew’s story, he and others will reveal the dark and hidden secrets and delve into the battery of mind control experimental protocols performed on vulnerable teens, without informed consent.

“Straight, Incorporated” was a very destructive, highly controversial and extremely abusive cult that shamelessly and dishonestly, masqueraded as a drug rehab for teenagers in several parts of the United States from 1976 to 1993.

In 1981, Dr. Robert DuPont, the founding director of the National Institute on Drug Abuse visited Straight to encourage the organization to expand by creating new facilities nationwide and by training children "peer counselors" in Straight's methodology. However, none of the children had professional training and few had much more than an elementary or middle school education. [13]
