Today, I'm discussing energy vampires - people who will drain your energy and mistreat you for their own energetic benefit. Have you ever felt great and "high vibe," then had a conversation on the phone or walked into a meeting and left it feeling totally drained and "low vibe?" You were probably the unattended victim of an energy vampire. Oftentimes, we don't even realize what's happened, and we're left feeling tired and confused.

It's important that we protect our most valuable commodity - our energy! Heal yourself so that you no longer allow it to happen. Set strong boundaries. Be wary of who you let touch you and who you let into your home. If you feel like you have to sage your home after you have guests, you've probably had an energy vampire in your midst.
