1 zucchini
1/3 cup of chopped onions
2 garlic cloves
2 medium size potato's
1 can of plum peeled tomato's
2/3 cup of chicken stock
Hard boiled egg
Salt
Black Pepper
Fresh basil (1/2 teaspoon if using dried)
1/4 teaspoon of oregano
Red pepper flakes ( optional )
