Answer: This is true the kingdom of God is within and using your own inner god pirit you can alter your reality by simply having the right emotion tied to the belief system. But a tool can enhance this at a faster level. Think of it this way, there is a large field in front of you, and your job is to plant some crops, you can use your bare hands, and after covering a small area at the end of the day, they will be bloodied and blistered. Sure some seeds will sprout, but if you had shovel you can get it done a lot faster and if you had a tractor it will be even more so. So just like the farmer who could do more with the right tools so can you when preforming manifestation work.
