Federal mandates that prohibit gatherings or require face coverings, including masks are unconstitutional. The United States Constitution protects United States citizens as follows:

1st Amendment:
"Freedom of religion, speech, and the press; rights of assembly and petition.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press,or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for redress of grievances."

Amendment X:
"Powers retained by the states and the people"
The powers no delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
