7 Day Slim Down Introduction (2011-08-22)

I decided to give the Tone It Up 7 Day Slim Down a try this past week since I was feeling like I needed a bit of a detox and this seemed like a gentle way to do one. I filmed this video to introduce you guys to what the 7 day slim down is and my experience with other detoxes in the past.
